Images rotating sideways on Mobile Devices

    Hi! I am using the stout theme (child of Primer) and am having an issue with images that display fine in a browser, are rotating sideways when viewed on a mobile device. I am not a web designer and am putting this together for a friend, so it would be really appreciated if anyone has some insight as to how to fix this?
