Images rotated in slide

    Trying to create a slide show with 8 images. The dimensions of the uploaded images are mostly 1920×2560. 6 of the 8 images get rotated in the slide show. 2 are OK. One of the OK images’ dimensions is 1577×2560. The other that is OK is 1920×2560 like most of the others. I have tried many combinations of the settings but still have the issue.

    I did add the images as standalone images on a page as well as added them to a table. Every one looks fine that way. Only issue is in the slider where 6 of the 8 get rotated sideways.

    Is there a way to tell it to NOT rotate the image in the slider.

    I am on Version 3.4.4 which I believe is the latest.

    Hi @denstl,

    This very new and strange issue I ever saw.
    It could be a possible JS or CSS conflict.

    Apply some to do:

    FIRST

    Delete all slide images from media(bulk/multiple delete).

    Re-upload them using slider interface, create slider and check preview.

    Second

    Can you send me the original images as zipping to test as making a slider on the local system?

    Third
    Try to deactivate another plugin 1 by 1 and check the page. May other active plugin conflicting the slides.

    Forth

    Disable the autoplay, slides rotating continues, I am unable to check.

    Created a new slide and uploaded images from the slide interface. Same results. The link below should allow you access to a zip file that has the 8 images. Appreciate your thoughts and assistance.

    Hi @denstl,

    1. Delete all slider image from media.

    2. Download this package of the image – Images

    3. Upload new images to create a new slider again and see the magic. ??

    4. Rate the plugin ??

    I just resizes some of the images.

    Thank you. Really appreciate your quick assistance. If you could provide guidelines for what dimensions would be best I’d appreciate that as well. Will rate the plug-in as well. This is first issue I’ve had with it and your support was nothing but first class!

    Hi @denstl,

    The best resolution for:
    Large desktop for the slider(height x width): 1980 x auto
    Medium size desktop for the slider(height x width): 1280 x auto

    Auto means height can be varied. Please rate the plugin for the support and plugin.
