    As for your problem — did this problem occur when you uploaded your plugin to the latest version or did it happen all of a sudden?

    If yes, then I would suggest you to downgrade to the previous version of our plugin, with the old thumbnailer that worked with your site. You can get it on the ‘Developers’ tab of our plugin site.

    If not, do let me know if you installed any other plugins or if you made any other changes to your WP Dashboard and I’ll do my best to help you out!
