Images rendering as Red “X” within Word documnet

  • Hi there,

    I recently installed the Aspose.Words Exporter (version 5.5.2) on my WordPress site and it seems to be working as expected for text values however it the images I am inputting within my “content” body are showing up as an image of a red “X”.

    Additionally, the image within word is titled “image1.png”, despite the original image embedded being a .jpg with a different title.

    Has anyone had this issue before with adding image tags to their content? Please let me know if you have any ideas that can help me resolve this issue.

    Please note as mentioned in FAQs, for the images to work properly in export, your WordPress website must be hosted on a public server and be accessible over the internet. And hotlink protection must also be disabled.

    Furthermore, If this is a demo or test site hosted locally, then images would also not work.
