Images Render as JPG After Switching to LiteSpeed With Image Optimization

We recently switched servers to LiteSpeed and ran LiteSpeed Cache’s Image Optimization on all of our images. However, the site still renders the old JPG versions instead of the optimized images.
We’re using WP Offload Media, which I suspect might be interfering with LiteSpeed Cache, although I can’t pinpoint exactly why this would be happening.

I would test the site output with WP Offload Media disabled(clear cache after disable)
Also make sure all images were optimized. You can check that by going here: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/imageopt/ and: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/imageopt/#image-webp-replacement is turned ON
