Images Optimization’s Not Working

Hi @bernardklock, we found the image you send to optm server is not accessible, for example:

https://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/paneleiro-com-panelas-inox-antiaderente-cozinha-150×150.jpg

May I know are your images uploaded to another folder(novo-uploads) instead of wp-content/upload?

You’re right, the folder is “novo-uploads”.

Currently, our image optm feature just support images inside wp-content/upload, we will have an update for optimizing the external folder path’s images after v3.0.

So your images are not able to be optimized. Please keep track on our update.

Ok, thanks. I’ll have to wait because we do receive traffic from several images already with url /novo-uploads/ so I affraid it’ll impact some rankings. Also, it’s our security policy tochange the original folders.
