images only appear in the "list view"

  • Hi, I’m having issues with the images. In the media library the images only appear in the “list view”. In the “grid view” the preloader keeps spinning forever and the images never show up.

    When i′m trying to insert an image in to a post or a page, the images of the library doesn’t show up because the “grid view” is the only view possible, when you’re inserting objects in a post or a page.

    I have images in spanish and english, the problem applies for all of them.

    Hi

    Does it solve your issue, if you uncheck the option “Activate languages and translations for media”.

    Note: If you already uploaded some media (while the media module was activated), they will keep their language.

    No, that didn’t solve it, but i think is a problem with the hosting, low memory limit issue. As I say before, i can see the images, but only in the “list view” mode. Anyway, thanks for answering!

    Hi!

    I would look for a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Try de-activating them all keeping only Twenty Sixteen and Polylang. Then activate them one by one to find out which one is conflicting.

    I de-actived all plugins (“Ultimate Product Catalogue” and “Master Slider”) and media library in grid mode still not working but… I change my theme (Parallax One CHILD) for Twenty Fiveteen theme and …media library load SUCCESFULL in list and grid mode!!!

    So I changed theme to PARALLAX ONE (NOT CHILD) and and media library load SUCCESFULL in list and grid mode too. I re-actived “Ultimate Product Catalogue” and “Master Slider” plugins and work too.

    Problem was in my PARALLAX ONE CHILD theme.

    Then, I re-selected PARALLAX ONE CHILD theme again, go to functions.php and cut code to my pll_register_string, refresh page and work succesfull. So I paste again my code my pll_regiser_string in functions.php and all WORK FINE!!!!!!!

    Chouby, i dont know how but… all work succesfull again.
