    If you use the built in uploader to attach images, then images automatically get their own page, with description and caption and everything else. It’s called an attachment post.

    When you upload the photo, you’ll see a button that says “Link to Page”. Click that to change the link to go to the image’s page. Fill in the fields with whatever, then click the Insert into post button. When you look at this post, you’ll see the image and when you click it, it will get its own post with the image and description on it.
