Images on Customer Reciept won’t stay

    Just installed PayPal Events. In settings, it allows you to add media to the email the customer will receive after making a purchase. I add two images. Save the settings. But then the images are no longer there. One is a jpg, one is a png. Both smal, 65kb and 12kb.
    Any reason why my images won’t stay put?

    Hi @windys,

    Try clicking the Text tab of the editor and see if that allows you to save the images.

    I’ve tried so many times! My emails really do need a couple of images, especially our logo.
    Any other thoughts?

    I’m interested to know if this issue has been resolved. I’ve tried everything mentioned. The image inserts but as soon as you save it disappears.

    I have noticed that styling doesn’t save also in email templates e.g no colour etc. Maybe these tag haven’t been allowed in the templates. It’s frustrating.
