    Hi guys,

Recently have set up an HTML email template on my clients site (above) and noticed the emails were not displaying the logo at the top. I have installed WP Mail SMTP and have it all verified, however any images in emails coming from the website are still displaying as grey outlines with blue question marks and the alt text. I’ve sent numerous test emails from the site and the images all appear the same.

Seems to only be happening for Mac Mail. Happy to adjust settings on my end, but as the email template is client-facing, that’s not a solution that will work. Host says to speak to you guys as there’s no issues on their end and WP Mail SMTP echo that. Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

The main reason for this would be because of using a http site and not having a https. Since our plugin sends emails as links, some applications might ask for permission before displaying image form a non secure website link.

Let me know if that helps.

Hey @elemailer thanks for the reply.

The site definitely uses https, and has the Really Simple SSL plugin setup to ensure this. Is there anything else that could be causing the issue?

    Thanks,
