Images not working

Hi there – I changed the settings I am using to switch from using {POST_TITLE} – {PERMALINK} to just {POST_TITLE} with the option to attach an image set to Y.
Images don’t seem to be being attached to tweets though.

Can I check whether the plugin will publish images in the body of a post? Or is it only going to post an image if it’s the featured image on a WordPress post?

Any help you can give to get images posting to Twitter properly is gratefully received.
