Images Not Uploading Correctly

    I’ve been working WP for the last five years and have never seen this one…When I upload images via wp media the thumbnails are not showing and you can not see image in post? What is this? I’m running the latest version of WP. PDF’s are uploading just fine but not images? This site has been up for the last month with no issues…I deactivated all plugins and still happening…Sometimes if I just use this path it might work:

    wp-content/uploads/2009/10/jpg

    All other images that were uploading prior to today are working fine…ugh

    Any help would be great!

    Like I said this just started yesterday…I’ve been uploading images for the past month and everything worked great. Not sure about anti-hotlinking? I will check but I need this issue resolved…ugh…any other suggestions? Thanks.

    Anti-hotlinking is not enabled by the way…

    They did not have the same issue as you and you already have this topic open. Have you checked for anti-hotlinking yet?

    I can see images in your posts – both on the Blog page and the single posts.

    of course you can..I uploading those prior to Wed…This started yesterday…thanks.

    In that case, you can provide the url for a page that does demonstrate the problem?

    Sorry – I hadn’t realised. It looks like a redirection issue as a direct call to the image brings up one of your site’s pages. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – renaming any .htaccess files within the domain.

    ok..i will check into the abvoe

    there seems to be a issue with the wordpress installation, the images are not moved to the uploads folder.
