Images not uploading

This has become THE problem of my life of late… Been trying to upload images to WP from Ecto. The destination address are correct, everything is in order at my host, it’s the latrest version of WP… Here’s the weird thing. I try over and over, and the images comes back as ? BUT… in the beginning of my relationships with Ecto/WP, it worked. Here is one image that loads properly:
