Hello @zhilliker82
thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
The issue you are reporting is not that common and I don’t believe this is related to the size or type of your images.
ERROR 422:The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 422 Unprocessable Entity response status code indicates that the server understands the content type of the request entity, and the syntax of the request entity is correct, but it was unable to process the contained instructions.
I would think there is something on your WordPress site that is not allowing the image to be transferred. For this, I would suggest you do conflict testing. It might be best to create a staging site for this, so these tests won’t affect your live site.
A conflict test is done to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behaviour persists. So do this and try to onboard the plugin again.
Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the WooCommerce Self-Service Guide.
My guess is that there is a plugin that is blocking the images from being transferred to Zettle.
Let me know if this gets you any positive outcomes. If you want me to get involved, you can also open a service desk ticket with us, so you can share details you don’t want to share on a public forum. You can find the instruction for this here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
Pending your response.
Kind regards,
Joost
