    Hi,

My woocommerce store synced nicely with Zettle. However, the images are not syncing at all. I tried to upload photos to Zettle but anytime a transaction happens the image is overwritten with a purple box that says Woo Photo. How can I get the photos to sync?

I checked the sizes of the photos and they are all sub 1MB. Most are 500 to 800 kb

Thank you in advance for your help

    Hello @zhilliker82

thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

The issue you are reporting is not that common and I don’t believe this is related to the size or type of your images.
ERROR 422:The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 422 Unprocessable Entity response status code indicates that the server understands the content type of the request entity, and the syntax of the request entity is correct, but it was unable to process the contained instructions.
I would think there is something on your WordPress site that is not allowing the image to be transferred. For this, I would suggest you do conflict testing. It might be best to create a staging site for this, so these tests won’t affect your live site.
A conflict test is done to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behaviour persists. So do this and try to onboard the plugin again.

Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the WooCommerce Self-Service Guide.

My guess is that there is a plugin that is blocking the images from being transferred to Zettle.

Let me know if this gets you any positive outcomes. If you want me to get involved, you can also open a service desk ticket with us, so you can share details you don’t want to share on a public forum. You can find the instruction for this here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Pending your response.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hi Joost,

Thank you for the prompt reply. I tried the turning off all the plugins except Woo and zettle and activating the default WP theme and it did not fix the issue. I sent a support ticket to the link you provided.

    Hope to hear back soon.

    Thanks!
