Images Not Showing Up In Theme

  • I have uploaded about 10 different themes and all of them when activated don’t show the images in the theme on my site which is reviewsomestuff.com I just want to be able know why. Yes I have tested them all in firefox and Ie but still nothing. I have looked through the code a little bit and could find nothing but then again I am no code genious in fact know little to nothing about html and all the rest. If anyone could take a look at my site and tell me what wrongs I would apreciate it. The current theme is up but no images. Anyways let me know thanks.

  • Without a link we’re pretty much reduced to guessing…

    So, here’s my guess: Visit your host’s control panel and turn off hotlink protection.

    Good guess. I did leave a link it just isn’t highlighted. You were right though. I thought hotlinking was to protect you from others to linking to your images? If so why did it matter that I had it on?

    Oops, apologies. I had missed the link.

    Since WordPress themes get the images by full (as opposed to relative) URL, I suppose it looks like a hot link.
