    My logo and social icon images do not show up in the emails. It was working when I was testing and now they no longer load. I don’t know how to troubleshoot or fix this. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

    My apologies, I’m not sure what “public” means in this situation. The site is live and anyone should be able to view it (although I’m currently in the first stages of putting it together)

    ok, if your pages are not marked as private and you don’t have a coming soon plugin installed then it’s public.

    It’s possible your email inbox is preventing the images from downloading. What inbox platform are you using to check the mail?

    I’ve tried both Outlook and Gmail. Outlook asks me to download the image (I’m at work, so that’s understandable). When I do that, it says “The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been removed, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location.”

    On Gmail, it simply shows the broken image icon.

    When I’m logged into my account, and have the email customizer pulled up, it shows the header image. The image is with all my other images in my media library. The image link is: https://www.aaemployeedavauction.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/email-header.jpg

    So your link us using https. But your site doesn’t seem to have https set up and I’m guessing that is your issue.

    If you are in most browsers just clicking on that image link will show an error instead of the image.

    Getting an SSL Cert is on my list of to-dos. Once I have that taken care of I’ll test again. If it’s still giving me problems I’ll come back to this forum for help.
