When I create a new blog post, the images no longer show up on all devices. I can open the email on my phone, where the image appears correctly, and on my IPad, where the image does not show at all. There is no indication at all that there should be an image.

as my blog is image based, this is quite a problem. It may be largely an Apple problem as a user with an IPhone also reported the problem. But another subscriber has just got the same problem on her lap top, which I don’t think is Apple.

    Hi @inkyfingersjenny

There have been intermittent issues with users in the EU reporting that some images on the Jetpack CDN are not always loading correctly.

I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider and ask them to allow our IP addresses listed here:

Thank you very much, Bruce. I contacted Bluehost and they added the IP addresses, so fingers crossed that fixes the problem. I’m hoping to send out a blog post tomorrow, so we’ll see if that does the trick. I’ll let you know. Many thanks.

Help! I got Bluehost to add the IP addresses as you suggested. I just tried to log in to my dashboard but can’t get in at all!
    the message says:

‘You don’t have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 error message was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request’

what do I do now? I wanted to post a blog!

Panic over – Bluehost reset the permissions and I got in. I’ve sent my blog post – but unfortunately the images are still not showing up on my IPad.

Thank you for following up. I still have the problem. I am going to send out a new post tonight. If you wanted to subscribe to my blog, you could perhaps see the problem from your end?

I can open an email perfectly with image on my Samsung phone and forward it to myself, and the image then appears in the forwarded email on my Ipad. But it doesn’t appear in the original image on the Ipad or on subscribers IPhones. Really hope there is a solution to this! Thanks

Howdy @inkyfingersjenny – I checked it, and it appears the issue you are reporting is related to an existing known issue (you can subscribe to this issue to get updates on the progress).

We are actually still investigating the issue, and it is probably not related to your hosting provider and looks more related to Apple Mail Application.

If I’m correct you don’t see the same issue on Apple device if you open email via other email application like Gmail. Right?
