Images Not showing since update

  • Hi,

    Firstly, great job on the plugin – thanks!

    My instagram feed currently not working, I believe since the last plugin update.

    No pictures are showing and the load more and link to instagram pictures buttons do not work – although they are showing.

    I have tried regenerating the access token which seems to work and pulls in the same information that is already there.

    The plugin is used in the footer on the left column here https://kombilife.com

    Please can you advise how we can get the plugin working again.

    Hey kombilife,

    Glad you like the plugin!

    Most likely the reason is either a plugin or your hosting company that is using caching. You can try clearing the cache or contacting your host about ignoring the Instagram Feed in the caching system they use. WP Engine typically has an aggressive caching system if that is your host.

    Let me know if this doesn’t seem to be the issue!

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    The problem seems to have fixed itself after a couple of days without intervention so I guess it was a caching issue after all.
