images not showing properly after server transfer

Hi ,
I am new to transferring from shared hosting to a VPS. I am transferring this site:
https://www.speeders.ca

to

https://173.199.186.208/~speeders/

As you can see, it is nearly there except for the images. After checking the image urls, I found that they are not even the same as the ones that were on the original site.

my drop down menus do not work either.

Has anyone run into this issue before?

I have only changed 2 values in the wp_options table to get the site to where it is (home and siteurl)
