I would like your help with an issue regarding WPP Lazy Load and LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Despite trying to disable WPP lazy load, the images are not showing on the thumbnail. I believe that this issue may be related to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

I have explored the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and found that there are several options available that could be causing this issue, such as CSS Excludes, UCSS File Excludes and Inline, UCSS Selector Allowlist, UCSS URI Excludes, Separate CCSS Cache Post Types, Separate CCSS Cache URIs, and Critical CSS Rules.

I have also referred to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin documentation (https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/) which explains how to exclude a CSS file. However, I am unsure which CSS file I need to exclude to resolve this issue.

I would request you guide me on how to resolve this issue.

    Hi @princedm,

Did you flush LiteSpeed’s page cache after disabling WPP’s image lazy load? If not then you need to do that as well, otherwise you’ll have to wait until LiteSpeed regenerates it page cache to get images to load again.

If you did and images aren’t loading then you’ll want to reach out to the LiteSpeed Cache support team and see if they have any suggestions.

P.S.: by the way your issue isn’t CSS related, CSS has nothing to do with lazy loading. The problem is being caused by something else.

I have attempted all the suggested solutions but I am still unable to identify the exact issue. Could you kindly assist me in pinpointing the issue so that I can relay it to the LiteSpeed Cache support team?

Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to decrease the font size. Can you please provide me with instructions on how to do so?

Well, I’m seeing this on the browser console so that’s probably related:

Share that screenshot with the LiteSpeed Cache team, might help them figure out what’s going on.

As for how to change the font size, please follow this guide and then modify your copy of the cards-compat/style.css stylesheet changing the font size to your preferred size: Customizing an existing WordPress Popular Posts widget / block theme.

    Thanks buddy

My issue is resolved. LiteSpeed Cache plugin Lazy Load option was blocking the image. I have turned them off.
