Images not showing on Mobile devices

Images are displaying for me on Android phone for the page you linked to in the “page I need help with” field. If you’ve resolved this yourself, when you have a moment please mark this topic as resolved.

If you are still having trouble, your mobile might be working off of stale, cached data. This can happen when you think you fixed something but your change seems to have had no effect.

I have tried to clear my mobile data cache and cookies on my mobile and nothing worked either.

To advice further the images im referring too are the background images if you see on desktop you will see the images that should be appearing on mobile too.

Only able to see the landing slider that appears after a few secs from landing on the website.

Also can see the icons however the background images dont appear.

Hopefully Ive managed to clarify abit more

Hi, what browser are you using? If it’s Chrome, please check on the options to “Desktop Site” which will allow you to view the site as if you are using a desktop.

I am using chrome and still no luck either when I try the above, I cleared my cache again and still no luck I also tried opening on opera mini browser and no luck there either,

I then also tried a different phone as well and still didn’t manage to get it to display the background images too

I’ve also tried deactivating all plugins other then the elementor plugin and the only images that still appear are from the slider, icons and gallery image slider

All background images still dont appear

Im currently in the process of trying to reupload all the background images again hoping thag this will resolve the issue

Still no luck, is there a way I could maybe point the images to the location on the domain without having to go through elementor maybe?

because even when I go to the media files on the domain it’s linked to the domain Im really confused at this point

I am seeing background images on Android now. Maybe your devices are working from cached information?
