I am building my website and have customized the theme with a header image as well as a featured image in a post and a picture of the author in the sidebar. I can see the images on the dashboard when I am under “Appearances” but none of the images show up on the browser. What do I do?

    image dropping off website issues
Hi there. Please help me. I am not computer literate, but I have a similar problem as the person above has highlighted, with my website. I would be very grateful if someone could advise me why the images I download onto my website sometimes drop off. They appear on my dashboard, but not on the browser. I have seen the wording below on my suggested website Security Fixes on my dashboard.. Is this something to do with the problem? ..and if it is, how do I solve it, or if it isn’t how do I solve this image drop-off problem? I am an artist and so having images of my work on my website is very important to me. Wording… “The setting for post_max_size is smaller than upload_max_filesize, this could cause some problems when trying to upload files.”
Here is a link to one of the pages on my website where the problem has arisen. You will see that some image are gone and appear as a blank black box. https://www.cathhodsmanwildlifeartist.com/gallery-1-2/ If help could be given in every-day language, that would be fab, as I’m not very computer-literate. Many thanks

    Hi @cassie01

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email –[email protected] as well

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Kind Regards
