Images not showing in Shop view

  • I’ve got an issue where I’m uploading my products with variations and the images show on the product page but not on the ‘shop’ page. That is to say when people are shopping they can’t see the images of the product until they click on the generic white box with title to look.

    When uploading my CSV file I get the following error which may be related. It does this on every row that i’ve changed the image info on:
    2013-01-09 05:25:59 > > Skipped. No post_title set for new product.
    2013-01-09 05:25:59 > Row 3 – preparing for import.

    However, the ‘post_title’ column has information in it. All columns do as I’m simply uploading a recently exported CSV file. The only information that has changed is in the ‘images column’

    never mind, i managed to find a auto formated image generator that fixed the issue. ??

    i also think you use the paid plugin from woocommerce. this is the forum for the free version.

    can you tell me where the forum for the paid version is? the only forum i could find was this one and whoocommerce. all the customer service links and contact links were broken :/

    Must be in some mail. I really do not have a clue about there support.

    If i read you’re post i think the featured image is not set!

    silly me wasn’t logged into whoo with the account i bought it with. It’s not a featured image problem. Hopefully they can help ??
