Images not showing in pdf

Could you please upgrade MPDF library on the PDF&Print settings page if you didn’t do it yet?

If the issue still exists please describe how do you add images to your site.

You can also try to use the “Full Page PDF” option. In this case, the plugin will mirror what is shown on the screen.

How com I upgrade the MPDF library?

I add my images (png or jpg) from elementor > image block.

The images display fine if I use the “Full Page PDF” option, but I don’t want to work like that. I wish I could have the creation of the PDF using all the options of the plugin, even the custom css

1) Go to PDF & Print settings page;
2) Open the “Misc” tab;
3) Click the “Upgrade” button;
4) Test the PDF doc creation and let us know about the result.

I don’t have a “Upgarde” button. I only have a button to “Reset the extension settings to their default values.”.
I still clicked on it, but the images of my posts still do not appear in the generated PDFs….

If the “Upgrade” button is missing, then the mpdf library has been updated.

Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
2) Deactivate all of your plugins except PDF&Print and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
3) Contact us back with information about the results.`

Hi there. I also have images not showing in my generated PDFs. It just shows a red cross. Including my logo in the header.

I have repeatedly tried to upgrade MPDF library in the Misc settings, but it does not upgrade. Just loads for a second and then goes back to the “This will upgrade the mPDF library to version 8.0.8 (recommended)”

I assume this will correct my issues with the images. But why can’t I ugrade?
