  • Hello @amitkumar1997 ,
Sorry to hear you are facing an issue with the media panel. Could you please check for any browser console errors in the browser dev tools and send us a screenshot?

Also, could you tell me if the same issue occurs in a Chrome incognito browser and when Web Stories is the only plugin enabled?

@amitkumar1997 It looks like the screenshot for the browser console errors was deleted. Can you please share any browser console errors once more?

@amitkumar1997 The images are in the media library are actually linked to the page/posts/webstories where it is used. If you delete the image from media library then it will be also deleted by default from the page/post/webstories. Hope I could help you.

    hi any update

Unfortunately so far we’re not able the reproduce this issue from our end.

The console errors do not seem related to the Web Stories plugin, they are coming from Chrome extensions and other plugins.

Does this also happen if you disable all other plugins and activate a WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two?

To safely simulate this, navigate to WordPress Plugins and click on Web Stories > Troubleshoot. You will see that the Troubleshooting mode has been enabled. This mode only affects the experience of the logged-in user, not your website visitors.

Please let us know if that helps.

If not, do you perhaps have another WordPress site to test and see whether the same issue exists there?

i have done these all process already ok and also opening in other browser this error showing and other website working fine how it is possible

As mentioned above the console errors do not seem related to the Web Stories plugin, and indicate Chrome extensions and other plugins are involved.
Since Web Stories is working on another site, it sounds like you have something interfering the plugin on this site.

You could try temporarily disabling browser extensions one by one to check if one is responsible.

Also, try switching to a default WordPress theme and temporarily disabling all of your plugins.

I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider for further assistance as they can provide you with debug/error logs that will help narrow down the culprit.

@amitkumar1997 We will mark your topic as resolved as we haven’t received any further response. Please feel free to create a new support topic for any other issues. Thank you!
