Images not showing in my media tab

    To Support at Optimal. I don’t see all my images in my local media file, although they are in your cloud library. I have tried to move them back, but not all my images reflect in my media tab.

    Thank you for using Optimole and contacting us.

    Please retry the rollback process. If any images remain, they will be restored. Ensure there are no active firewalls that could disrupt the process.

    If there are still some images left then you can request an image export from the Optimole dashboard, see here: https://vertis.d.pr/i/ur88qG. We will then send you the zip files of your original images.
