    Hi there,

I notice that some people can’t see any images on my website. I do see them, but some other people don’t (just white space or the ALT tag). This happened after I used the plugin. Do you know anything about this? Thank you in advance!

    Kind regards,
    Daisy

Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your reply.

I don’t use a cache plugin on the website. Also some hard refreshes have been tried, but those don’t work either. When I deactivated the plugin, the images became visible again for the people that didn’t see them. Any ideas?

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Do you know if this happens to many visitors or only a few? If it is only a few, do you now what operating system they use? What browser they used? The reason why I am asking is because from what you are saying it is a random issue and not a constant issue.

    Kind regards

    Hi!

I’ve heard from some visitors that they have the problem, they also told me that they didn’t see the images on one computer, but on a different computer they were visible. It happened to several people, so it’s not the same person. I know that they use Windows and from what I saw in the screenshots they use Google Chrome.

    Kind regards,

Hi, I am wondering if one of your other plugins might be conflicting with AIOWPS? Because this issue is random, it is not going to be easy to pin point what is the cause of the issue.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

I think it has something to do with one of the instructions AIOWPS adds in the .htaccess file. It happens each time I build a new site at my end and my developer edits the .htaccess.

    Best regards,
    Fiona.

@radcon, would you be able to share what your developer edits in the .htaccess file? This would be very useful to others who run into a similar issue to yours.

    Thank you
