Images not showing after update

    Hi, I’m using free version of the plugin (Version 4.0.3). After updating the plugin to 4.1.0 team members images won’t show on frontend. Problem persists with v 4.1.1. I haven’t seen other people report similar issue, so I’m guessing the problem is with my wordpress configuration/other plugins. Could you please advise what might be causing the issue or how to troubleshoot? WordPress version 6.0 using Gutenberg.

    Sorry to hear about the unfortunate behavior. Can you please share the site link containing the team Shortcode so that we can check the problem? Which layout have you been using? It will also be nice if you could share a screenshot of the Shortcode settings.

    You can troubleshoot the problem in the following ways:

    1. Checking & re-saving the settings from Team->Settings.
    2. Checking & re-saving the Shortcode from Team->Shortcode Generator.
    3. Creating another Shortcode with another layout and using it in a test page to check the new Shortcode behavior.
    4. If nothing is working, perhaps deactivating other plugins and changing the theme to Twenty Twenty Two will help you identify the problem.

    I have the same problem. Foo Gallery does not show on members page, since updating from version 2.6.2. PHP version = 8.1. Tried the suggestions above. This did not work. Rollback…

    In my case issue was with a lazyload incorporated into my theme. Disabling lazyload solved it for me. Thank you Rafiz for all the suggestions.
