We downloaded the latest version of WordPress. And all of our images have disappeared. https://www.GOthinkbaby.com/blog We downloaded the Plug In “Remove WordPress to WordPress filter”, but it has not had an effect. We deactivated all of the plug ins and that didn’t solve the problem. We’ve seen a large number of posts on this issue. But still fairly unclear how to solve it. It is also surprising that WordPress would make an update this large that causes this many folks to have issue and not add it as a priority fix.

  • Right now your image urls are like this
    https://thinkbabybottles.com/Blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/IMG_9012A-1024×682.jpg

Check if the image exists on that path via FTP, there are no htaccess or image hotlinking blocks in place.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
