Images Not Showing

Hi!

On my main page (index.php) in my meta section, I post a link to comments, the categories, and related topics. Where the categories are there should be a little yellow file folder graphic. I see it when I use both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

BUT

When I view my single post (single.php) the little file doesn’t show up when viewing with Internet Explorer.

Is there anything I can do to correct this?
