Thank you @danishhaidri. We’ve sometimes seen issues related to backup or import/export plugins, and I noticed you have UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore plugin enabled. Could you please temporarily disable it to rule out this being a conflict?

@danishhaidri Thank you. Could we test to see if the issue occurs when Web Stories is the only plugin active? To simulate this safely, you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

– Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if you’re able to preview the story with images displaying.

– Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode to pinpoint if something else is involved.

@danishhaidri Thank you. Can you tell me if you are offloading your website’s assets via a CDN or other configuration?

@luckynasan no we are not using any CDN. We only have Cloudflare and WP Rocket for caching. Plus we tried another solution, and it is working: https://jobsfornationals.com/start-emiratisation/ (you can scroll down and see)

@danishhaidri I see references to Makestories in your story. Could you confirm if you are now using MakeStories plugin to create stories? Using both plugins at the same time can cause conflicts.

If you wish for us to continue investigating your original report, could you provide us with a public link for a story built by Web Stories?

@luckynasan we were only using the Web Stories plugin but since it didn’t work we moved to the Makestories plugin which works. Please let us know when you have fixed your plugin. I had provided you with all the public links before.

@danishhaidri We are not able to investigate the issues with your story URLs if we cannot access them publicly at the moment. You are welcome to continue using Make Stories if it is working for you, however, we do need working Web Stories URLs to troubleshoot why Web Stories is not working.
