Images not showing

Hi,

you have inserted when you have posted event form ? if yes then please check first backend side (admin panel), if there show logo then it will must show logo at frontend. if you can not see logo at backend side then logo has not submitted yet so you can insert logo and then it will show sure ??

Im not sure what you mena sorry. I have uploaded the image yes in admin https://image.ibb.co/jWLqxJ/Logo.jpg but it is not showing up on the frontend

Hi John,

Thank you for providing me details. I have checked your site organizer sidebar is showing properly on your event. If you don’t want to add organizer logo then its fine. It will work without organizer logo.

For event main banner showing broken image because you have removed the event banner field from the field editor. Event title ,event description and event banner is required field. If you want to remove the banner field then you need to override the template file and remove the event banner from the template.

Ok thanks. So can I replace the event banner with teh organiser logo instead or vice versa by editing the templates? We really dont want to add the logo twice and it probably shouldn’t show any image ‘broken’ link if nothing is uploaded. Thanks for help.

You can remove event banner code from the template file or you can remove organiser template file code for the organizer logo.
