Hi, I’ve updated the plugin, deactivated and activated, switched off my CDN, and edited and re-saved settings, but still none of the images are displaying: https://www.thehiphopchipshop.com/

For testing can you try another instagram username ( must be public ). If that works let me know so that I can instruct you what to do!

Hi, I just switched the Instagram account but the images didn’t load from there either!

I have something to add; other than the images not showing, the instagram images get saved to my media gallery too—how can I stop that from happening? There’s no toggle to stop it.

@icenexus this version in comparison to the older one saves the images into media library by default. The older one saved them in upload folders but had issues when users organized by uploads by month/year.

Why is media library a problem in your case ?

Hi @jetnor, do you have any further suggestions on this? If not I’m going to have to look at alternatives!

Does it work now (https://www.desjen.com/djw15/ – see in sidebar) because of your plugin update? Because I never heard back from my hosting company.

    Thanks again for the help!

Yes @phillsb it works because you are not saving the images to your server just showing them from the instagram server!

Hi, just to let you know the slider is now working if I don’t tick the box you recommend ticking, “Insert images into Media Library” – obviously this will do for now but will you be releasing another update to address this?

Hi guys, just another update, in case this is useful to anyone else! I’ve found out by chance that somehow my default wp-content/uploads folder had changed, meaning it was actually duplicated in my site’s root directory (a level up from public_html). I have now reset it and moved all the files from there into the proper folder, and I’m now able to set the plugin to WP Media Library and it works fine. I would love to know how this occurred… the new folder was created on 8th December, at a time when I wasn’t making any changes to the site!
