Images not show up

Thank you for writing in.

You have set the default featured image on most of the posts to (Aruba).

Upon checking, we have found a post where a different feature image is set.It is being shown as you can see in this [Helping Sceenshot] as well.

Thank you for your reply.
This default image set by Related Posts “General Display Options”,I have no set default featured image on posts.I restored the default settings and still did not display the image.

Let me explain the issue to you in detail.

Post thumbnail has two cases:

Featured Image:
If you have set the featured image then this featured image will be shown.

The default thumbnail:
If you haven’t set any featured image for a post then a default image will be shown in the related posts. This default image can be changed as well from the plugin’s settings

Your FAQ said:
If your theme does not support Post Thumbnail feature or post has no assigned thumbnail, when the first image on the post will be used as a thumbnail.

Hi @kofeisen,

We have tested the Related Posts Thumbnails plugin.

Created a dummy post and didn’t set any featured image for that post instead we uploaded the file in the content of that post.

The RPT replaced the default image of the thumbnail with the image which was scraped from the content( FAQ’s statement is true ).

We believe this issue is site-specific. Your site takes a lot of time in a single page load and the images are having trouble loading properly.
