Images not saving

When I go into the ‘Image Hover Effects Pro’ plug in and try to add an image, it appears to come into the plug in fine but when I hit ‘save’ the image disappears. I have been using this plug in fine for the past 9 months and the images just disappeared last week. I have not updated anything in WordPress.
