Images not loading, spinning wheel of death

    Hello,

    Thank you for sharing a great plugin. Im having an issue getting the featured image or any image to display within my template. Ive tried relative paths and absolute, but not luck. Ive also tried playing with the different config settings, like:

    define(‘DISABLE_PDF_CACHE’, true);
    define( ‘DOMPDF_ENABLE_HTML5PARSER’, true );
    define( ‘DOMPDF_DEFAULT_PAPER_SIZE’, ‘a4’ );
    define( ‘DOMPDF_ENABLE_REMOTE’, false);

    When the pdf loads all I get is the spinning wheel of death. Any thoughts or issues that you might of experienced with images would be of great help.
