    Hello!

Having a bit of a tough time with our company WordPress site and wanted to see if there was a simple fix. (not a coder/don’t know a ton of technical stuff)

Our blog post images and feature images are not rendering correctly – anyone know why this would be? They just load with a coloured background.

I have searched the forums and haven’t found an easy or easily identifiable solution.

The agency that made the site for us used the “bridge child theme” I believe.

The images only don’t render for me when I view the site via Incognito, or if someone else is viewing the site. Does this indicate its a caching issue?

Thanks for your help and time!

  • You can try resetting the cache in your browser. If this doesn’t help, see javascript errors in the browser console. I looked at your site in Google Chrome and didn’t see a problem.

    Thanks! Resetting the cache worked.
