Images not loading on website

Would you mind sharing a page on your website that there is this problem?

You sent the file link itself, please send me the page which it is not loading.

I don’t believe it could have some connection with FTP at all.

Are you using a security plugin like Sucuri? I believe that may have a security plugin blocking your visitors accessing the file directly.

You can see it doesn’t work if you try accessing on a private window, but if you access the website before, so it works.

It looks like we’re just using Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB, Divi Builder, Was This Helpful Pro, WordPress Importer, and WP-Mail-SMTP.

Its very weird, some browsers work better than others, some times you have to try all of the links and get a file to load, and then go back to the link you originally wanted to load and then it’ll work.

Ok. In this case, you could just put those files on an external place (like your public folder or Google Drive) or if you want the right solution you could deactivate each plugin one by one, and find out which one is leading to this bug. If you still cannot fix it, so you can try changing your theme and see how it goes.

You can copy the link, and paste the link in the place you would link the media file.

You could use HTML as well. Just change the link and text and put on your text editor:
<a href="https://my-website-link.com">My Website</a>
