Hello, the issue with the products not loading appeared again. I had setup the load more pagination from woocommerce and the default from anasta filters, but not all prooducts were loading. then I changed the pagination from the anasta filters to load more button, but the images for the newly loaded products do not appear.

I reset it to default WordPress pagination (load more), but when selecting more than one categories, still not all products appear.

Could you please help me solve this?

    Hello Malvveli,

It sounds like your issue is caused by the mix up of the 2 kinds of pagination. Your theme pagination is NOT designed to support the filtered product lists, so if you wish for your filters to work in sync with the pagination, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your theme settings, find the pagination options and set the theme pagination to the option that most resembles the “Default WooCommerce pagination”.
    2. To resolve the problem of the product pictures not getting loaded after the filters’ AJAX calls, please search your theme settings (or 3d party plugins) for the products images-related “delayed load”/”lazy load” option, and disable it.
    3. Go to annasta Filters > Product lists, and enable the “Load more” button (or any other) setting from the Pagination select. Since you are using the Astra theme, please also make sure that the Product columns and the Products per page settings are empty.
    4. Reload your shop to see if this fixes the issue.

    Hello,

It had to do with the Litespeed cache. The Guest optimisation had to be switched off. Thank you for the help. Keep up the good work. ??
