Images not loading

    Hi. I cannot get the gallery to display. I’ve pasted the dbug strings below. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

  • Hi,

    the image resize script is throwing an error because there’s not enough memory to handle the image. You can fix in a couple of ways:

    1. ask your hosting provider to allocate more memory for your website
    2. if you can’t get more memory then you’ll need to upload the images in a lower size

    I reduced the size of the images and things worked fine.
    Interestingly, I chose the same set of photos (at original size) and was able to display the gallery using the ‘Final Tiles’ plugin.
    Anyway – thanks much for the prompt response.

    No problem. Final Tiles Gallery uses a completely different way to get the images, that’s the reason why it worked.
