Images not loading

  • Last night images were not loading or partially loading to a gallery. I updated to the latest version, checked the images themselves, deactivated plugins, checked that the upload path wp-content/upLoads is correct and the box checked for organizing into months etc is checked. I am at a complete loss and would appreciate help. I am not a programmer and have no clue where to go from here. Thanks

    Sorry, it’s https://www.keracervoniphotography.com. I’m trying to make a new post with images, so I don’t have an example since I can’t create the new post.

    Have you tried deactivating ALL your plugins and switching to the default twentythirteen theme to see if it’s a theme issue?

    I did deactivate all of the plugins, but I was afraid to switch the theme for fear of losing everything. Do I activate the twentythirteen theme and save it? If I do can I go back to what I had?

    Yes, you can switch from one theme to another – it’s standard troubleshooting and theme settings are saved in the database.

    Thank you for your help. I switched and tried the upload. I thought I was in business, it uploaded two of four images then just stopped…again. :/

    What are my options if no one is able to help in the forum? My need for a website is dependent on the ability to upload images, as many as 40 into a gallery for client viewing. I’m not even sure there is a way to contact anyone in order to cancel this website and change companies.

    How large are these images?

    They are about 857 px x 1200 px , 72 dpi

    I should add that today I was able to change the images in the top header slide show with no problem.

    Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

    You are on to something. I have no clue what it means except that it seems to be some corrupt Jpeg data. I’m not sure, I I export from LR always the same way.

    Here is what it says on the error log
