I am sorry but this is not caused by WP-Lister, but rather some configuration on your side.
Usually this is due to hotlinking setting being enabled by your host or a CDN if you are using one. eBay does not allow hotlinking images. So you should first check both of those things.
If your host is not hotlinking, and you are not using a CDN, then it must be some plugin you are using. I would try disabling every plugin except WC and WP-Lister (preferably on a staging site) and then try again to see if some plugin is the issue.
If it works, then you should enable plugins 1 by 1 and test after enabling each plugin until you find which plugin is the culprit.
