I’ve been using the old version of SeedProd for years (both free and paid) and it’s been flawless. So easy to use.

I just tried out the latest free version today and had a couple of issues. The main one that I haven’t been able to resolve is the images not displaying. The alt text loads and when I right-click on the image alt text on the Coming Soon page it will open the image in a new tab. So the image is there and loaded, it’s just not showing on the page.

I recommend this plugin to my students and some have experienced the same problem.

    I should add:

    1. When I disabled all plugins the issue is still happening
    2. I’m only seeing the issue in Chrome on my Mac. On mobile it seems fine and also fine in Safari.

i think i found the cause. in the majority of the templates, the background colours 1&2 are on 100%, solid or gradient. You all need to set them to zero, then clean & save.

I had a look at the background colours but I’m not sure if I’m looking in the right place. Everything I did didn’t change it. Where about do you think I should change the background colour? Btw – I’m just using one of the pre-made templates and swapped out the colour and images. The image that came with the template was showing initially, but then when I swapped it for my image it disappeated.

yes because you exchange the images. if you want to have the image back, then yo u need to start the same template new.

@elkp32 Based on the Inspect tools > the image source is assigned to HTTP. See here https://a.supportally.com/eUx750

For this to fixed, go to WordPress dashboard > Settings > General > check if the Site/Home URL assigned to HTTPS? If not, you will need to update it since your website is assigned to https://staging-hola.com/demo/

@roberto22 For this to fix, go to WordPress dashboard > Settings > General > check if the Site/Home URL assigned matched to your website. Let say your website shows HTTP then assign it to HTTP. If HTTPS assign it to HTTPS.

If still not working, try this https://www.seedprod.com/docs/troubleshooting/#builder-not-working

@pmakabenta SOLVED! Thank you. I just enforced HTTPS and the image loaded perfectly.
