Images not loading

Images not loading (placeholders only). Unlinked and re-linked account. deactivated and re-activated plugin. deleted cache deactivated caching plugin. All same results of no images being displayed. Mostly using public hashtag feed but also my profile badge would not load either. Hasn’t been working properly since I bought it.
