Images not loading…

Hello,
I am new to wordpress. I am working for a friend of mine to redo their website, which is on wordpress. I was went in to present my work and finally get paid for it, and the images were all missing. Every single one. When I was working on it yesterday, they were there. I have no idea why they aren’t there and have no idea what happened. They are not in the media library on the dashboard (since this is a temporary gig I just use the dashboard, I didn’t download wordpress). The website was originally designed by a guy 2 years ago who has since retired, and I don’t know where the original images are. Another thing, I uploaded 4 images from my computer, and then logged into the dashboard from my friends computer and the files were listed but the images not there. I am so thrown, and am hoping someone can help me. Another note: some of the links were broken all of a sudden as well, and when I clicked them they said “Website Disabled”. Please help!
