Images not lazy loading

Have several Content embeds with images. The images are not loading. When I inspect the embed i see the correct img src in “data-lazy” along with the classes “skip-lazy no-lazyload” on the img itself.

I’ve deactivated our image optimizing plugin Short Pixel and it still does not load.

If I refresh the page the image will eventually load/show up.

We are hosting the site on Flywheel/WP-engine which has built in caching. We are not using any other caching plugins
