Images not in Yoast sitemap – Elementor Pro Gallery

    My website is built with Elementor. I have a gallery page that uses the Elementor Pro Gallery. I have noticed that none of the images in the Pro Gallery are included in the Yoast generated sitemap.

    This also appears to be the case for images added to Elementor’s Slides widget.

    I tried adding images to the Basic Gallery and noticed that these images do appear in the sitemap.

    Is there a way of getting Yoast to include Pro Gallery and Slides images in the sitemap?

    Thanks for reaching out about the images in your sitemap. I can confirm that the Yoast SEO plugin doesn’t detect images added via the Elementor Pro gallery and slides widget but it does for the basic gallery.

    Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Is there already a solution by now?

    i’m having the same issue. the sitemap doesn’t recognize and of my images in the pro gallery. this doesn’t help the seo on my site at all. are there any updates?
