Images not in the frame

I have a problem with the size of the slider.
When I use it on a fullsize page (1920 x 1050) there are no borders and the images are not on the right place in the frame.When I use it on a other size page (996 x 1050) then you see a nice border and the pictures are in the frame.

Settings:
960 width and 420 height responsive and not resizing images (I use 960 x 420 images)How can I fix it?
