Images Not Displaying on Multisite

    Hi! I have been operating using WordPress Multisite and have the first site I wanted to develop up and running. I am trying to make a second site on Multisite to serve as a translation as a first, but images are not showing up in the MultiSite. I can upload images to the media library, but empty squares show up and nothing will show up on the frontend. I know the issue is not caused by a plugin, because this issue occurs regardless of which translation plugin I’m using (currently Multisite Language Switcher).

    I really appreciate any help with this! Thank you!

  • Hi mas6ce, I’d suggest checking the img tags in the source code to see what value is being used as img src for the missing images. That will tell you where the site is trying to find the images and if it’s looking in the wrong place.

    You may also want to go to Settings > Permalinks and try changing the value to something else, then changing it back to the setting you want. This will flush the rewrite rules and clean up path errors that occasionally pop up.

    If this doesn’t help, please post a URL for your sites so we take a look.
