Images Not Displaying Correctly

I have 2 sites I’m setting up with the NextGEN gallery plugin. I uploaded a few photos/galleries to both sites to test it out and everything was fine. On one of the sites I set up my album structure, uploaded my photos to the gallery folder and imported them into galleries. When I went back to look at the site, images are opening as individual images (like a direct link) instead of in the flash browser. Any idea why that’s happening?
This site is working as expected
